STAREX Limited Warranty

Kreton Corporation manufactures its products to superior quality standards to afford customers the highest level of satisfaction. In keeping with this goal, all Kreton products are warranted and tested to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Should a defect occur due to improper workmanship or materials during the warranty period, Kreton will repair or, at its option, replace defective units/parts with new or factory rebuilt materials without charge for either parts or labor to the original purchaser. For the repaired parts or replacement products, Kreton reserves the right to provide functionally equivalent reconditioned/refurbished/pre-owned or new products or parts.

■ Warranty Period
TWELVE (12) months repair or replacement warranty is provided for STAREX’s flash memory cards. The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Proof of purchase, including the date of purchase, is required to claim warranty.

■ Warranty Claim Requirements
To obtain warranty service, return the defective product freight pre-paid to Kreton Corporation or any authorized Kreton distributor before the expiry of the Warranty Period. You must present: a) the Product (or affected part thereof), b) the legible and unmodified original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the seller, the date and place of purchase, the product type and the IMEI or other serial number.

■ Limitations
The warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser. This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from Kreton or an authorized Kreton distributor, or to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective:

As a result of accident, misuse, or abuse.
By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Kreton.
By modification of product.
As a result of service by anyone other than Kreton.
Original label removed, torn, or broken.

In addition, Kreton is not liable for:

Any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media.
Any product damage caused by customer’s improper packaging during the transportation while being returned to Kreton.
